Special Weather!

Collector's Tears: A type of acid rain incapable of harming living beings or the environment, but very effective at dissolving any cards it touches. Collector's Tears is heavy rain, making it practically impossible to open up one's Card Binder without risking the loss of important cards. Those who are able to find ways of utilizing their cards during it put opponents who cannot do the same at a great disadvantage.

Special Weather!

Winds of the Vagabond: Those caught in these winds have a 50% chance of being affected by the spell '1012 Relegate', being sent to a random location within Greed Island. Because it produces a very distinct sound, once a player is familiar with it, they can better avoid it.

Special Weather!

Rejection Storm: Rays of lightning begin striking the area at an alarming rate. Players must rely on their reflexes to avoid being struck. Those unable to avoid its effects get ejected from the game as soon as they are hit. As always happens when a player exits Greed Island, all of their active effects (both harmful and helpful) are removed, and all cards that were in their Binder's Free Slots are destroyed.

The Specified Slot Card '0087 Shield of Faith' can be used to protect from its effects.

Special Weather!

Permafrost: Not to be confused with actual permafrost, Greed Island Permafrost refers to a type of frost that prevents cards from being 'Gained' or from being transformed into cards in the first place, although Spell Cards may still be utilized. Aside from its transformation-locking properties, it behaves very much like regular frost, and can indeed be combated by providing a sufficiently warm enough heat source. Permafrost begins to affect cards the moment they are grabbed from the Card Binder.

The name Permafrost comes from the fact that in locations affected by it, items permanently remain in physical form.

Special Weather!

Occulting Fog: Aside from severely hindering visibility, Occulting Fog prevents players from utilizing the spying spells '1001 Peek', '1002 Fluoroscopy', '1015 Clairvoyance', '1027 Trace' within it, as well as all traversal spells. Additionally, these same spells fail when they are being used on players currently within Occulting Fog.
