You cannot enter the space and are physically pushed back if you try. It seems to be a tourist attraction - people are buying souvenirs, eating food and posing next to it

As you crest a hill and come down the other side you become aware that the hill is actually the head of a dead titan, lying on its side. A tree grows out of one socket of its polished white skull, and the rocks on top of the hill are actually it's crown.
