Aberration's Folly - Grow an extra pair of arms. The affected gain a hasted action bit your CHA is dropped to 5

Gravity is for suckers - The Affected no longer are affected by gravity. They have to use items and momentum to move themselves along. This comes with the dangers that if they go above 200 feet in the air, the effect wears off and they fall taking 19d6 damage. Being hit pushes a target in one direction 30 feet every round unless they run into something or are stopped by something.

Holier then thou - A bright Radiant Light is shining from the affected. Any targets within 5 feet must make DC16 CON saves or be blinded for one minute. Any creatures within 15 feet take 2d6 damage from the searing radiance.

Fire in my Belly - The affected gain the effects of Dragon's breath. On every turn. They cannot attack or cast spells that require vocal components.  Roll a 1d6 to determine the type of breath. 1: Fire, 2: Acid, 3: Cold, 4: Lightning, 5: Poison, 6: Necrotic. 15 foot cone or 30 foot straight line. Targets must roll a DC 15 Dex save or take 6d6 relevant damage.

In for a Penny - All healing is nullified to the affected are nullified

In for a Pound - All hits to and from the affected are crits.

A DM's luck - Anything over a 10 rolled is a miss or a fail. Anything under a 10 is a success.

Total absorption - All damage given equally transfers to the affected as healing. This effect stacks if there are multiple affected who roll this. Enemies can share this trait

Total BS - All damage taken by the affected are distributed equally between the targets.

What do we say to the god of Death - The effected are knocked to 0 hp everytime there is a death in the battlefield. They must start rolling death saves immediately on thier turn. They can be brought up like normal.

Not today - When one is knocked down and is making death saves, for every successful death saves, a pulse of energy is shot all round thier body. All targets within 30 feet need to make a DC 15 CON save or be blown back 30 feet.

Blood of the forgotten - Roll 2 more d20's. Pick an effect from the chart and apply it to yourself and your party.
