A large and loud urchin wearing lots of fake jewellery. They act as a distraction for other rogues.

Dagnal is a bald dwarf thug with ritual scars on her arms. She has a debt to pay and is desperate to find work or easy money.

A fast-talking man in a big coat. He has a large supply of holy symbols for sale but won't answer any questions as to where they are from.

Reed is a restless halfling assassin with a bright pink bag. He is incredibly lucky and is an expert on fine foods.

A thin elf who shakes when they are nervous. They have a trained pet monkey who is an expert at stealing small items

Effie is a gender fluid, second-story expert. They feel guilty about stealing, so they leave little IOUs with a key-shaped stamp as the only identifier on the note.

Brother Karis spends his day as a temple scribe, but at night he is the most accurate forger in all of the realms. He enjoys a good lager and will pass both his pay and his bar tab off as donations to the church.

A guardsman who is on the pay by a local gang. He doesn’t hesitate to shake down rival gangs and he passes “lost” evidence off the gang leader. He’s quite fond of sweet cakes.

Marchioness Perivanta de Regal, a noblewoman by birth this identity thief and con artist throws a grand end of Summer gala to select her marks. She mainly targets landless nobles and the nouveau riche with her scams and only works one “client” at a time. Though she won’t admit it she enjoys bawdy poetry and dark spirits. The gem on her lapdog’s collar has a minor enchantment on it.

A halfling pickpocket that poses as a lost child looking for their grandmother in the market. Has once stripped a victim naked in broad daylight and isn’t afraid to brag about that in certain company. Usually stashes green items and fences everything else. Front tooth is chipped.

Cranleigh, a water genasi pirate who is masterful with a rapier, but will use their elemental abilities to fight dirty.

Terence R Ollingby III, a finely dressed human who charges tolls at bridges from wealthy travellers . If people refuse to pay, he sends his bird out to tell his gang to ambush the travellers. He never bothers the poor.

Diff, a half orc, who goads drunks into fist fights in busy taverns. Squee, a goblin, then pickpockets the jostling onlookers.

Fafnir, a hulking minotaur wielding a great axe, and the Black Schnauzer, a former wizard's apprentice turned rogue. They both have each other's backs as they go on exploits worth of legend among the local thieves' guild.

Roynish and Scaller, two priests who are definitely not cut out for spiritual functions. They are petty, hotheaded, and absolutely self-serving, abusing the privileges of their office however they please.

The Tucko, a gnome snake charmer who goes by this mixture of name and title, and goes on ""saving"" people from snake attacks he himself set up.

The ghost of Thosior, legendary elven rogue. He once made a deal with Death itself that he would not die until he became a millionaire. In his adventures, he was killed by a green dragon and has been ever since bound to the Material Plane in undeath, until he manages to amass enough wealth to finally rest his soul.

Zebb Darkhorse, a centaur who's actually a wild magic sorcerer. A ruinously compulsive gambler, he tries to use his magical talents to manipulate the odds on his favor when betting in tournaments.

A petite half-elf female (150cm) and her big, strong human husband (+180cm); She does the thieving, he just puts up with it and protects her if she's threatened.

A common villager who once worked his way to fame through adventuring and retired. After an alchemical accident teleported his house and family to an unknown location, he set out to travel the world in the hopes of finding them, and sought out a smuggling organization in order to get to a certain place he couldn't otherwise. Seeing how this organization operated while using their service, he thought that he'd be able to find his family faster if he had their help, and thus joined them a few weeks later. It has been three years since he's joined this group, and during that time he's gained quite a few friends that've helped him out towards his goal.

A Mind Flayer who became the head of a branch of the Thieves' Guild the legitimate way. Despite his physique, this mind flayer is more dexterous than the regulars of the guild, having gained adventuring experience from commissions taken purely on his off-days. He's also gone against his nature on occasion, saving other thieves from crises from time to time, and is almost never seen using his racial abilities in public, leading some to believe that he's a defect.

A high elf who just got bored of living among his arrogant kin. He had a lot more fun slumming and it became permanent. He uses a disguise kit a lot because he stands out around the riff-raff otherwise.

A bugbear assassin. He's an expert at killing and works for whoever pays him. Despite his love of gold, he won't abandon a contract if the target tries to buy him out. He's got his reputation in the criminal underworld to think about.

A bored noble who pulls off complicated heists for fun. He knows his reputation will be ruined if he's caught in the act, but that's half the fun.

A thief who works for one of the local lords, spying on his political rivals and stealing from them when it benefits their employers.

A woman who knows how to play the part of the socialite. She mingles with the upper-class and develops bonds with them that allows her to access their riches.

A swashbuckler kobold who dreams of collecting riches that rival the greatest of dragon hordes.

A fat, middle-aged halfling who owns a bar on the rough side of town. He's out of practice, but he still knows his way around a knife.

Blind Baloc Ninefingers, an ancient wrinkled bard who sings the blues. Just how "blind" his milky-white eyes are is the subject of some debate, but his underworld ties are not up for discussion.

A "Paladin" who employs unorthodox methods in service of poetic justice. Can be persuaded with a good sob story, and prefers payment in the form of trophies.

An undercover agent of the Realm who is in way too deep. Addicted to dreamlily and specializes in smuggling.

The Falconer: An enigmatic ranger, the Falconer is a person of ambiguous gender, race, and overall appearance. Headquartered in an abandoned clocktower filled with cages of owls, crows, pigeons, and all manner of birds, the Falconer serves as the Underworld's mysterious messenger and herald. Often hired to send missives, bounties, and hits by the underworld's highest bidders, the Falconer sends out their birds to deliver various parchments and parcels. They are not to be trifled with either, as rumors of those who cross them are found scratched to death, their eyes plucked out of their head.

A jovial and overweight orc, Glasroc, he talks about his favorite pastries and meals he has had ad nauseum, the only thing he likes more than sweets is stealing.

A halfing woman, Aglee Mourningthorne, that poses as a child but is the best in the area at tracking and finding people in the city.

A gnome, Evan Bobberly, an assassin who specializes in "accidential" deaths, will do a job for free if it is challenging enough.

A dwarf, Thammock Bridgeholder, his employees deliver bread and other baked goods all over the city, they also deliver notes and bribes.

Berti Sandyhill is a friendly halfling selling pies from a boat with their twin. Some of their pies contain contraband, messages and warnings.
