What is the Greed Island tabletop RPG?
For those of you unfamiliar with Hunter x Hunter's Greed Island, it's an mmo-like world that famous mangaka (HxH's author) Yoshihiro Togashi created for one of the series' arcs, but what sets it apart is what I consider to be the highly novel card system he designed at its core, a system connected to every aspect of the game's world and inhabitants in a clever and satisfying way.
Part of what makes is special is that it's set up to allow for some really creative uses when it comes to its features— pretty much encouraging it by its very nature— and these features always have something valuable to contribute to every single one of the primary aspects of role playing games. And what's more is that it actually does this without it being an overly complex system at a surface level, which means it can be picked up with relative ease (in fact, slowly learning "the system" and to what extent it can be taken advantage of to achieve one's goals is an intended part of the in-game experience itself, something the PCs and potential rivals alike all have to go through).
The game is 100% free, and it can be applied overlayed as an adventure on any of your favorite systems.

A fellow Greed Island player wants to play Ante, a commonly played game between GI-players that consists of having the two participants wager a card of their choosing for a chance at winning their opponent's card.
Both players place their Card Binders flat on a surface and then place their wagered card face-down on their Card Binder's Activation Slot without divulging to the other player which card it. The wagers are placed on the Card Binder's Activation Slot instead of on a surface because otherwise Greed Island's 1 Minute Rule, which auto-materializes cards, would be in effect, thus getting in the way. They are also placed face-down on the Card Binder's activation slot so that it will not react to the card as if it were to be activated, as it does when it is normally placed face up.
The essence of the game is extremely simple. The player that wagers the card with the highest Rank wins, and in the case of a tie, the card with the lowest Card Conversion Limit wins. In other words, while it may perhaps be easier to win by risking rarer cards, you would also run the risk of losing those valuable card should your opponent make a braver wager. That being said, the game of Ante has a few additional rules that determine which cards beat out other cards regardless of Rank.
The first is that All Specified Slot Cards except for Paladin's Necklace (D) are considered higher ranked than any other form of card. I.e, Specified Slot Cards can beat each other according to which one has a higher Rank, but they will beat out any other card, even if they are technically lower ranked.
The second special rule is that Paladin's Necklace (D) beats any other Specified Slot Card, but it will lose to any other type of card, regardless of rank. This includes even the super common H-Rank cards, many of which have no value whatsoever.
