Cyberpunk Random Encounter Generator

This is a port of cyberook's Cyberpunk Random Encounter Generator. It was initially a collection of random tables that was turned into a software application made in Hypercard. With permission by cyberook, his R.E.G has been ported to Chartopia.

What goes on between combats and corporate extractions can sometimes be important. In those instances, use this generator to determine a random encounter.
First, decide where the PCs are in the city: Corporate Zone, Moderate Zone, or Combat Zone.
Next, decide what time of day it is. Daytime is approximately from 0600 to 1800. Evening is from 1800 to 0200. And Night is generally 0200 to 0600.

(TODO: a d100 on the zone tables does a 2x reroll, but there needs to be a way of handling two d100 rolls in a row).
